The first Tuesday of every month, the Museum of Arts & Sciences, including the Cici and Hyatt Brown Museum of Art, offers free admission (planetarium shows not included) to Volusia County residents with proof of residency. They also offer Homeschool Days.

Feb 1st - May 31st. The Stetson Mansion is Florida's first luxury home and the grandest home ever built in Florida during the 19th century! Built in 1886 by famed hat maker and philanthropist John B. Stetson, his winter retreat was the only richly detailed "Gilded Age" estate built in Florida.

HOMESCHOOL FIELD TRIP ESSENTIALS
This handy journal is setup with four pages per field trip, to make notes about where your child went, who they went with, and what their favorite part of the trip was. It also has an area for the student to either draw their experience on the field trip or attached pictures from the trip. There are enough pages for over 25 field trips.
This book explains the research behind using adventures as learning, how to get the most out of them, plan them, and overcome excuses not to go.
